Guiding Business From The Boardroom Not The Courtroom

As legal counsel, Mr. Diab assists companies with a preventative approach to legal problems which encourages business from the boardroom, not the courtroom. His practice concentration is general corporate and international commercial law.

He is former chair of the North Carolina Bar Association Section on International Law and Practice and is an active member of the American Bar Association section of Business Law and North Carolina Bar Association section on Dispute Resolution. He also serves as a North Carolina Superior Court Mediator.

Mr. Diab is Special Counsel to the law firm of MaynardNexsen, a multi-specialty law firm with attorneys from the Carolinas to California. The firm offers clients outstanding individual lawyers, a depth of talent, and extensive experience in many areas.
